Our company is only the fourth private company in the state of Maryland to own and operate this equipment. Our staff of fingerprinting technicians have been trained and certified by the Criminal Justice Information System also known as CJIS. We now have the ability to digitally capture fingerprints and submit them electronically to CJIS. Once the fingerprints are sent, CJIS processes both State and FBI fingerprints and provides results within 72 hours of transmittal. This is much faster compared to the traditional ink method which at times can take up to three months to receive results and there is no messy clean up.
We fingerprint many different individuals for various reasons such as; Adult Dependant Care, Child Care Providers, Foster Parents, Adoptions, Visa’s, Immigration, Government Employment, Government Licensing, Public Service Commission, Mortgage Originators, Board of Nursing, Board of Pharmaceuticals and Private Employment Purposes. State Police licensing of Private Detective Agency License, Security Guard Agency License, Private Detective Registrant, Security Guard Certification, Security Systems Agency License, Security Systems Registrant, Agency Firm Member, Special Police Commission, Railroad Police Commission, Handgun Permit to Carry a Concealed Handgun, as well as Federal Employees and contractors.
Clients can come into our office for fingerprinting or our Mobile Unit can travel to locations within Maryland and fingerprint applicants.
Our company also offers a program designed for parents and their children. It’s called Child ID. Our mobile unit can attend events and provide a Child ID kit to parents and their children. Each kits includes a large Child Identification card with each fingerprint and the child’s digital photograph, two wallet size identification cards with a thumb print and digital photograph. If the parent chooses they can also receive a disk for safe keeping which includes important information pertaining to their child such as doctor’s name, address and phone number. We also have the ability to digitally capture scars, birthmarks or any other important information the parents may find useful in an emergency situation.
Our Child ID program is safe, fast and clean. Since the prints are captured electronically there is no messy ink to clean up. This makes for an easy process for both parent and child.
